History of the Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies Program at the College of Wooster

project_image.woo_WGSSThis project aims to collect and archive data related to the history of the Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies (WGSS) Program at the College of Wooster. The Program was founded (as Women’s Studies) in 1978, and the proposed project is one component of the 40th Anniversary of the Program in 2018. Students in Christa’s WGSS Senior Seminar: Feminist Pedagogy in Action will interview and collect audio and video recordings (using Wooster’s Digital Studio) to archive from participants in the Feminist and Queer Pedagogies Workshop (FQPW) at the College of Wooster in Fall 2018. The class will then work with Jacob Heil and Educational Technology staff to learn to use Audacity and iMovie to edit the interviews for presentation on the Omeka site.
